We want you to be fully confident in your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Return Conditions

To be eligible, items should be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all included accessories. Requests made more than 30 days after delivery may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Use our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs, where applicable, are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

1-Year Warranty

Every Aureltek product is backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your device fails under normal use within 12 months of delivery, contact us for a free replacement. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal battery wear over time.
